Sevenoaks Hearing, a private audiology clinic, approached us with a clear vision: to build a brand that reflected their premium, credible, and bespoke services. The challenge was to create a brand identity from scratch, one that resonated with their target audience while positioning them as a trusted and established presence in the community.
We developed a brand identity that embodied expertise, credibility, and community connection - key qualities that Sevenoaks Hearing wanted to convey. To reflect both the premium nature of their services and the heritage of the audiology field, we designed a sophisticated visual identity featuring serif typography and gold foiling, evoking a sense of tradition and trust. This cohesive identity was implemented across all touchpoints, including a fully responsive website, branded collateral, and the interior and exterior design of the clinics.
Beyond branding, we executed a comprehensive marketing strategy to drive awareness and patient engagement. This included monthly SEO optimisation, social media management, and paid media campaigns. Our lead generation efforts spanned paid social campaigns, monthly blogs, Google Ads, and organic social media content. Additionally, we produced video and written testimonials featuring key patients to build credibility and trust.
To ensure sustained growth, we developed an annual marketing plan, outlining strategic activities to enhance visibility and attract new patients. Through a blend of premium design, compelling storytelling, and data-driven marketing, we successfully positioned Sevenoaks Hearing as a leader in private audiology services.
This success enabled Sevenoaks Hearing to open two additional clinics. Subsequently, the business was acquired by a leading national audiology group, and the founder Matt Cannon, has since embarked on an exciting new chapter running a similar business in Canberra, Australia.
